Small yard, I have been doing it myself; however, my wife doesn’t want me to continue. Zoysia lawn, cut once every 7 days in the summer and 2 weeks in the winter. Would prefer hand mowing.

The house is unoccupied, and the grass needs to be cut urgently, as soon as possible.

Just push on gate for access to back. Not much grass, just weeds. The back right side has a strip that will need mowing every 2 weeks. About the rest, just use your judgment for the back. I like the front neat and blown when done.thank you

There is a fence with a gate on the right side of the house. It's wide enough to drive a riding lawn mower through it.

Code enforcement is on us about the yard. House belongs to my elderly mom who moved in with us. Lawn company we used previously (CPR Lawn) was negligent and didn’t do the job. I need a reputable and dependable contractor who can keep care of it long term.

I only need front yard mowed back yard is astroturf and doesn't required mowing. I may need additional work such as shrubs and such in the future, however at the moment i need the front yard mowed only.
