Yesterday, I called Levi to confirm our appt. He said he couldn’t come, because the yard was too wet. He had not called to tell me that. I only found out, due to my call to him. He was not able to mow during day hours; so he was going to have a relative mow my yard. I never heard from that person. — GreenPal is not user friendly to customers. I have no control over my card info; can’t delete anything, am only allowed to add cards. I can’t change to better mower-persons. They say I can’t ever schedule w/any mower, if I cancel an “appt”. I have NO freedom w/Greenpal, so I’ve cancelled my acct.
