Every 10 days would be effective. No fence. The Google map picture is old. My flower beds are much larger. Most of the grass is on Greenleaf St. side of property. Because of the Birch and shade in the back yard, grass grows slower.

I live in a old Victorian Home in Quakertown, its double. Lawn is not that big in front or back. It is fenced and gated (not locked) You would not get a riding mower in the yard. I might consider a one time weeding and trimming the vines on the fence.
