No communication. Did not show up for the scheduled appointment.
Missed quite a bit of the yard. Did not trim. Messaged me to say he sold his business and couldn't mow after confirming his next visit. He is still on GreenPal and I scheduled another mowing date, he didn't show up.

For potential customers looking for yearly service, we offer the first mow and trim for free with not commitments given. Let us show you the pride and joy we take in our work. And remember, this is a relationship that grow with time. Never be afraid or hesitate to tell us when our work is not meeting your expectations. We use feedback in positive and constructive ways.
