Front, back, sides

Back Yard is patchy, not much grass to cut it’s fenced in and on a slight decline. The fence and gate are metal. The gate size is average. I have flowers in the front yard near the porch that I would appreciate careful cutting around.😊

Completely flexible about schedule. I need it mowed as soon as is it dries out. But feel free to adjust the day/time to fit your route.

Back yard only cut and edged up around fence.i have the garbage for lawn deposits after you finish to throw in it. The gate code to get on is #0311

There is a small patch (5 ft by 15 ft-ish?) between the alley and the fence that we'd like to be mowed as well.

Family friend has been cutting weekly for 25 but no longer has transportation. It is apartment complex with one main area of grass on side and front. I would like to add other services in future

My yard is fairly small. Maybe a 1/10th of an acre. House takes up most of the lot.

Low cut, double lot
