I’m sure they do a great job but she and her “partner” seem to be very disorganized between the two of them and lack basic communication skills. First they mark “complete” on my yard when no one ever came out so then the app is trying to charge me for a service I never received. Then she insists they’ll be to my house “first thing” in the morning which idk maybe everyone has different definitions of first thing but to me that would be 7 am, 8 am, 9 max.. she kept giving different times then told me because of the rain they couldn’t come ok.. told her no worries. Then she offers me a free cut first thing today and a reduced price going forward.. then texts me a few minutes ago stating her partner is not agreeing to the terms she gave me about a free cut etc. which also is understandable no one wants to work for free but it was offered to me after several inconveniences so as a business owner myself.. when you’re practicing bad business you should try to make it right w a client or customer.. also… perhaps if you have a business partner you should be discussing business decisions you’re making w them prior to promising something to a customer or client. As a business owner your word is very important.
