Neighborhood Lawn Mowing near Glenville

I found their attention to detail less than exemplary. The last job was rushed and occurred after sunset so things that might ordinarily be seen weren't addressed on the last cut. Because the job was rushed, there was not uniformity of cut and there were patches in the yard where the grass was higher than other. Lawn furniture on one occasion was not re-placed and left on my neighbor's driveway. On the last service trimming was affected because it was dark and some areas were missed. I looked at the grass closely post-mowing and the tips of the grass looked more torn than cut and had a ragged edge. Perhaps this could have been addressed with a mower blade that was kept sharp.

The mowing took place essentially after dark. In the attempt to mow the lawn quickly, the mower was pushed so fast through the yard that there remained patches here and there that were not cut at all (in both the front and back yard). I DO appreciate the edging of the grass around the bush near the front window; there was no edging of the grass around the bird feeder pole in the back yard.
