I have a small lawn near a small pond. I have a sandy area in the back that I am wanting advice on about how to get grass to grow. I also have Mexican Petunias that I want to get rid of and would love some advice on how to get rid of them.

I need my shrubs and palms trim when you get a moment.

There’s no fence but there are old fence posts near the right side of the house that we haven’t had the chance to dig out yet. the house is vacant due to in the middle of probate.

No gate. Hedges have been neglected by my lawn guy and there are weeds around my rose bushes. He sprayed roundup instead of weed whacking and it killed a lot of my roses. Also my niece lives next door and she would like information too.
