Poor communication and unprofessional. Dates kept changing and at the end even stopped replying to my messages for confirmation and updates. Originally hired for service on 6/24. Reached out and was told they had equipment issues, the next day I ask when he would be able to service my location. Was told they would work through Thursday and the weekend to catch up. Got rescheduled to 6/26, reached out to confirm if they were going to show that day. No response but gave them the benefit of the doubt so I waited another day no communication and no show asked for confirmation or any issues. Got rescheduled to 6/29. Reached out for the last time and didn't hear back and they didn't show. Was very disappointed and frustrated through this whole process.

One fence gate prefer to be done around noon or after need to call before coming
To access the backyard, you need to go through the low gate off the driveway, it is not locked. The small gated portion behind the garage is behind an unlocked gate. Gate to backyard 30-48" across, another gate leading to a small sparsely grassed section is also between 30-48".
