This Pro's Story
Beisel Property Services, LLC opened for business in February 2016. Owned and operated by husband and wife team Michael and Tomisue, Beisel Property Services set out to be a residential cleaning service company that grew to provide lawn care and later expanded in 2017 to include commercial office cleaning as well as general handyman maintenance services. The owners, Michael and Tomisue are Firefighter/Paramedics by trade in the Central Indiana area who started the company as a way to supplement income and establish a company of pride in it's service to others
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started out lawn mowing as a 13 year old boy who took on 8 yards in my neighborhood that kept me mowing well into my high school years. I went on to become a Fireman for a career but returned to mowing and landscaping part-time on the side.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Beisel Property Services is more than just lawn care, its a property service company that meets a variety of needs. From outdoor maintenance and care, to indoor repairs and cleaning we aim to provide excellent services that allow you to spend more time doing what you love with your family.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Always take just a minute to do a quick analysis of the providers bidding your work and ensure they dont have several complaints against them and read a few reviews to get an idea of who you are hiring. If they dont have any reviews, remember its possible they are a new company just starting up and everyone has to get their beginning somewhere.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I absolutely love working with my hands and being out in the warm weather. A job that you can work around your schedule has helped me get more time with my family.
What areas do you mainly service?
Our services are primarily focused on the West and Southwest side of Indianapolis. Based out of the Mooresville, IN area, we travel approx a 20 mile radius.
