grass has not been cut in awhile. Parts of the lawn are reaching 20+ inches. Also needs weeds pulled.

Initially, the grass should probably be cut high and bagged. I expect a surcharge for the first mowing due to the height of the grass and request to bag.

Side yard is open to the backyard. A zero turn fits easily. Just looking for front/side/backyard to be mowed and weedeated up against the house and around the mailbox

Best way to enter would be via the garage port from the alley. The code is 6591. Please lock up after finished and please mow outside the fence by the garage.

Fenceline / front walk will need to be trimmed at beginning of season. Light maintenance afterwards throughout the season.

No grass in the backyard: just the front. I need you for about a month, about once a week. Is that possible?

We have a gate that is 54”, but it is partially blocked by a trash bin fence, so the actual clearance is closer to 36”

The yard is odd shaped and the back and side are a hill. There is a fence in front and the font is mostly weeds. The part of the back and side yard goes all the way over to the side street. The property stops where the concrete wall.
