This Pro Story
I have been in the landscaping industry in the Atlanta area for 10 years. I gained much of my experience working for a landscape supply company called Traditional Outdoor Scapes in Cumming, GA. My role there was to consult with homeowners on their landscaping projects and set them up with the proper materials to complete their landscaping job. I aquired a lot of skills in that role such as the value of customer service and how passionate Georgia homeowners can be about their lawn and landscaping.
Two years ago I took the leap of faith and started my own lawn care company in Flowery Branch, GA.. Everything that I learned on the supplier side of the landscaping business I was able to apply to my own lawn and landscape business. I gained a lot of confidence by consulting with homeowners and contractors on how to best accomplish their lawn and landscaping project goals, so opening my own lawn care company in Georgia was a no brainer for me.
Once I got started, I got my first few customers through word of mouth and craigslist in the Flowery Branch and Buford areas. Then over time my lawn care business just started growing from there, eventually I picked up new customers in Sugar Hill and Suwanee.
Before I knew it, I was able to grow my customer base to 20 weekly lawns. These same customers also gave be a buch of landscape projects to do. I also do a lot landscaping work, like sod, river rock beds, timber steps , stone steps. Ill will do cleanup jobs like pine straw beds, trimming, and mulching for customers all over the east side of Metro ATL.
I live in Flowery Branch, and I service all of Gwinnett, county providing lawn care service for the areas of Flowery Branch, Gainesville, Buford, Sugar Hill, Sewannee, Cummings , Dawsonville, Johns Creek. Recently I expanded into Alpharetta to service year round landscape maintenance contracts for homeowners there.
I have all the professional equipment needed to maintain your lawn properly. I run a zero turn mower and I also carry a push mower to get into the small gates . I have my sights set on purchasing a 36” walk behind for next season for my smaller yards on my route.
I like to go beyond and beyond for my customers. There is a lot of competition for lawn care work in the Atlanta area, so the only way I have found to compete is to do a good job and to be there when I say I'm going to be there. The other thing is communication with my customers. People always say “I can't get get in touch with my lawn guy” Well.. that's not how I operate. Ill will return calls and I will show up when I am supposed to. I may not be the cheapest lawn guy you can find, but you can count on me to mow your lawn when I supposed to and to keep your investment in top notch shape.
My customers don't have to worry about their lawn, it's just as simple as that.
