This says canceled by Homeowner, but I never canceled anything!
On 04/13/25 I scheduled service for 04/17/25. Avithos responded quickly to verify address. Then, the 17th came and went. I texted asking for an ETA and got no response. I checked the app the next day and for some reason my service was now scheduled for the 18th. I texted Avithos again, and finally received a response telling me “the app should say the 19th” and that they had mechanical issues, but would be out on the 19th at 9:00am. Shorty after this I got a message from Green Pal saying my service for the 18th had been cancelled. On the 19th I waited again all day, for another No Show! I would not suggest Thor provider to anyone, and I’d like to how or who has the ability to just go in and change my service dates without my approval!
