How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I just stared, but always had a green thumb growing up helping my parents with yard work as well as gardening. I then helped my parents friend who owns a lawn and landscaping business back in Pinehurst, NC. He is still in business after 35 + years.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Other than a well-mowed lawn, you won’t know that we’ve been to your home that day. We clean up after ourselves by blowing patios, walkways, and driveways.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Good customer service always starts with a human touch. Personalized interactions greatly improve customer service and let customers know that your company cares about them and their problems. Instead of thinking of service as a cost, consider it an opportunity to earn your customer’s business all over again.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Being able to build a relationship with the customers and earning their trust. Taking care of all their lawn care needs.
