It's been a month since last mow. Jeff excused himself for missing a mow due to his son's ear infection. I said no problem. He said he would mow the following week. No show all week. Then after I messaged him he adjusted the GreenPal schedule to the following day. Again no show for a days. I messaged him yesterday and just like before he said "for sure" he would be here today. Again no show. That's 2 no shows/no contact. I'm done. It's been a month and my lawn is now ridiculously high and will need to pay extra to get it mowed. You're fired, Jeff. Best of luck.
Said he was going to cut it the next day. Didn't. Didn't text. I text him again and he said he was doing it Thursday and he would text me when he was done. Didn't move, no text. I just cut, trimmed and blew my yard. It's Saturday.
Scheduled and confirmed. Never show up. Cancel at last minute.

The outcome of the yard that I work on is my absolute favorite second has to be the grass it’s cut the smell is my favorite
