He didn't complete the service for October 24, **** which was scheduled. But I was still charged for the service not done. Contacted him via text, call and greenpal website with no response. Not only that this person also submitted a charge of $450 for mulch service which I did not order and he never has done. He even uploaded a photo without any mulch on a lawn that is not my house and not my yard. This is a fraud! Greenpal should not allow this happen.

Not only that he submitted the charge for the service that he was not performed in the greenpal website saying that the work has been completed with a photo from previous service. Contacted him through text, call and greenpal website with no response.
