I scheduled on 8/4 for 8/5 because my mower died. 8/5 I received a message the the mower needed repairs and they would be out on 8/6. After I got home from work on 8/7 I asked if he was still going to be able to do it and was told yes first thing in the morning because it rained on 8/6 and they were catching back up. 8/9, I again asked if he was going to make it and was told there was an incident and he would be here today, 8/10. Another no call no show today.
