Chris did fine the first couple of times. I even wanted to increase the frequency of appointments. Then he missed the next appointment and said his scheduling app was to blame when I reached out. No worries in my end, he said he'd come the next day. Then, not only did he not follow through on the next day, he just ghosted me. Leaving 4 stars because it's good work, when it happens.
