There is about 2/3 of lawn in the front and back due to huge, old trees. Other than the exposed tree roots and dirt under each tree, the actual lawn size is about 2/3 actual grass in each part of the lawn. Other than that, it’s pretty straight forward.

Give me a heads up when your coming so I can get the dogs in, and stuff picked up. It's the first mow of the year, so it's a mess! I understand if the first cut will cost more than the other cuts. You don't have to whip all around the fence every time,
