How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
The old saying, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day of your life” I Love to make yards look pretty ! I have done this my whole adult life. However, as a business I have only done this about 5 years. I started out just part time, then Covid Hit. Covid shut down our other business, so I was freed up to take in more clients.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I guess the most shocking to people, is that I am a female. Other than that, nothing really. I have saw a lot of Great Lawncare people ! I do feel that I take pride in my work and my word. My daddy taught me that your name is worth a Million Bucks, if you do right.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Be transparent !! Tell us what you want ! If we aren’t able to do it, we will tell you ! I have several customers that have said that some lawncare companies won’t cut their grass low enough to their liking. I do understand why the company doesn’t want to do it. However, I will tell you what I think, but if you insist, I will cut your grass as low as you want it.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I love what I do, because of time outdoors and the people I meet ! Again, this doesn’t feel like work, because I Love what I do. I will always spend as much time as I need to on your lawn. I don’t want to leave, until you are happy !
What areas do you mainly service?
I service most all of the surrounding Birmingham areas.
