I don't know what happen to Alan, he was great the first yest we used him, but the second year he just kept canceling our appointments and the grass is almost a foot high now. Its been over a month since it been cut. We just hired a new person for our yard work. Al was a great person the first year and went out of his way to help us, i'm not sure what happened?

Alan cancelled me twice, promised to cut my lawn then never showed up. I went back and scheduled a cutting since my lawn was so high. Alan cancelled the appointment and told me to get someone else to cut my lawn. Now I am left with very high grass and need to find someone else who will charge me double because the lawn is very high. When I called him he hung up on me. I am a senior citizen and was treated very badly by Alan.
